APIMaster vs WaveSpeedAI: Seedance Prices With the Promotion Included

Compare Seedance 2.5, 2.0 and Mini using WaveSpeedAI's standard prices and its displayed 10% promotion, with clear limits on the estimate.

A price comparison should not ignore the other provider's discount. On November 5, 2026, WaveSpeedAI's Seedance pages listed standard output prices and displayed a 10% promotion in the generator area. We include both, rather than comparing APIMaster only with the crossed-out price.

There is one limit: we did not obtain a logged-in final estimate for the same 720p job. The promotional column below is conditional on that 10% reduction applying to the published 720p output rate.

Standard prices and the promotion scenario

USD per output second, 720p text-to-video, without reference-video input. APIMaster figures are the lowest active public routes checked that day. This site directs readers to APIMaster.

Model APIMaster WaveSpeedAI standard If the displayed 10% applies APIMaster below that promotion scenario
Seedance 2.5 $0.218916864 $0.36 $0.324 32.43%
Seedance 2.0 $0.14321664 $0.24 $0.216 33.70%
Seedance 2.0 Mini $0.0376488 $0.12 $0.108 65.14%

Compared with WaveSpeedAI's standard prices, the differences are 39.19%, 40.33% and 68.63%. Those percentages use a different denominator. They are not the savings against the promotion scenario.

APIMaster's configured market references for these versions are $0.23112, $0.1512 and $0.0756 per second. The checked lows are 5.28%, 5.28% and 50.20% below those references, with five, five and three active public routes. A marketplace reference is not the same thing as a competitor's price.

Check Seedance on APIMaster and configure the same job on WaveSpeedAI before topping up either account.

What does that mean for a five-second clip?

For 2.5, APIMaster's checked rate gives a five-second budget of $1.0946. WaveSpeedAI's standard table gives $1.80. If the 10% promotion applies to that configuration, the budget becomes $1.62.

For Mini, the corresponding budgets are $0.1882, $0.60 and $0.54. These examples multiply output rates by duration; they do not include reference-video input or unverified account-specific bonuses.

Check the configured total, not just the button

The generator area shows a base price, while the request can vary by resolution, duration, audio and reference inputs. Set those first, then read the estimate. Save the quote if a promotional rate is an important part of your decision, and check whether it has an end date or account conditions.

We have not confirmed a same-name WaveSpeedAI quote for Seedance 2.0 Fast in this check. A product called Turbo should not be substituted into a Fast row without verifying that it is the same version and specification.

When is changing providers worth it?

If you only need a few clips, a working interface may matter more than a modest saving. If you generate batches, calculate the difference using the rate you can actually buy. Then test integration and finished output with a small budget before moving the whole workload.

This is a price comparison, not a quality or latency benchmark. The fal comparison covers token billing; the Fast/Mini guide covers version selection.
