Atlas Cloud Seedance Pricing: How to Compare a Starting Rate

Atlas Cloud advertises Seedance 2.5 from $0.134 per second. Here is what to verify before comparing that figure with a 720p quote.

Atlas Cloud's Seedance 2.5 model reference advertised $0.134 per second when we checked it on November 5, 2026. APIMaster's lowest public 720P output rate was $0.218916864. Does that make Atlas cheaper for a 720p video? Those two numbers alone cannot answer the question.

The missing piece is a matched Atlas quote. The advertised rate we retrieved was not tied to a complete 720p, 16:9, five-second configuration. Its public estimate endpoint returned 403 during our check, so we have not published a current percentage saving or a winner between these providers.

What a useful quote needs to include

Write down the model endpoint, output resolution, pixel dimensions or aspect ratio, duration, audio setting and reference inputs. Then obtain an estimate for that exact request on each platform.

Field Example configuration for comparison
Version Seedance 2.5 text-to-video
Output 720p, 16:9
Duration Five seconds
Audio Enabled where supported
Reference input No reference video
Discount The rate actually available to your account

A starting quote may describe another resolution or billing condition. It is not necessarily wrong; it is simply incomplete for a different job.

The APIMaster side of the calculation

APIMaster had five active public 2.5 routes. Its lowest 720P output rate was $0.218916864 per second, against a configured market reference of $0.23112: 5.28% below that reference. The reference is not a fresh independent manufacturer price check.

For five seconds, the output-only budget is:

5 × $0.218916864 = $1.09458432

Open the APIMaster 2.5 model card to confirm the selected route and audio settings. This site links to APIMaster, and we do not treat an unavailable competitor estimate as evidence that APIMaster is cheaper.

Why not reuse an old calculator result?

An old quote can explain how a calculator behaved at the time. It cannot establish today's purchasable rate. Discounts, token estimates and endpoint availability can change. Even two durations may have slightly different effective per-second estimates if a calculator includes token overhead.

For the same reason, do not take a five-second estimated total and assume a ten-second job will always cost exactly twice as much. Request a separate estimate when the provider uses tokens or other variable input charges.

What to check before choosing

Use the configured total, not the lowest number on the landing page. Check whether an introductory discount remains available after the first purchase, whether reference inputs add cost, and how failed jobs appear in billing. Once a small test finishes, compare the actual charge with the estimate.

We have not measured Atlas or APIMaster generation speed, quality or success rates in this article. If you want comparisons with currently verified price tables, see WaveSpeedAI versus APIMaster and fal versus APIMaster.
